Using this website

The website provides information and an opportunity to request gardening work in Wallan, Beveridge and Kalkallo. Submitting a form is not acceptance of a contract or confirmation of an appointment. Estimates shown online, if later enabled, are indicative only until GARDR issues and the customer accepts a written quotation.

Quotations

A job quotation should identify the agreed work, site conditions, exclusions, materials, garden waste, price including appropriate GST, timing, payment terms and validity. Unforeseen conditions or requested changes will be discussed and quoted as variations before additional work is performed. Work may be postponed for dangerous weather, unsafe access, protected vegetation or other reasonable safety concerns, with communications and rights handled fairly.

Your consumer rights

All consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law remain in place and cannot be excluded. Any cancellation or deposit arrangements for ordinary work or annual care plans will be stated in the written agreement you accept.
